Republic Day 2022 Celebration At Saint John’s Academy

On a wintry morning at Saint John’s Academy, it was a day of national rejoining on the occasion of our Republic Day. The School, along with the rest of the country was celebrating 73 years of the coming into effect the Constitution of India.
With unfurling of the National Flag and the singing of the National Anthem, the smartly turned out NCC cadets of the school added to the patriotic zeal and flavour of the occasion. The venue was tastefully decorated with flower pots amidst flattering flags and the spectators, comprising of staff, students and workers were witness to patriotic speeches, both in English and Hindi, delivered by our students.
The Director, Mr. C.V. Innes, in his inspiring speech, extolled the sacrifices made by our Freedom Frontiers and further highlighted the need for all Indians to remain united in exercising their right of freedom in abiding by the spirit of our Constitution for the success and prosperity of Indian Democracy.
The eventful and uplifting programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by the Principal, Dr. Z. Rizvi.
