Teachers’ Day Celebration 2026

The Teachers’ Day celebration was organised on September 5, 2026 in the Auditorium of Saint John’s Academy with great enthusiasm and warmth, honouring the dedication and invaluable contribution of the teachers. The programme was compered by Mansi Pathak and Aaliya Zainab of Class 12 A, who kept the proceedings lively and engaging.

The programme commenced with the Welcome Address by Areeba Fazal, followed by a graceful Welcome Dance by Yashasvi Devvanshi. The celebrations then moved into a series of entertaining games and performances. Game 1 – “Who Am I?” set the tone for the fun-filled celebration, after which Joanna and Rudra of Class 12 B presented a melodious song. Game 2 – “Teachers’ Got Talent” brought out the fun and hidden talents of the teachers, while an energetic Group Dance, presented by students of Classes 9–12, added to the excitement.

The entertainment continued with Game 3 – “Guess the Movie/Song”, followed by an engaging English Group Song sung by the choir. Game 4 – “Tongue Twisters” added plenty of laughter and excitement, while the Skit provided a humorous and enjoyable highlight of the celebration. The fun continued with Game 5 – “Rapid Fire”, creating an atmosphere of spontaneity and cheer.

A nostalgic Slide Show capturing memorable moments was then presented.
The programme concluded with inspiring words from the school leadership. Director’s Speech by Mr. C. V. Innes and the Principal’s Message by Dr. Z. Rizvi offered meaningful reflections and appreciation. The Closing Address brought the celebration to a warm and memorable conclusion. Housie was also played, adding to the fun and excitement of the celebration. The game brought teachers together in a lively and enjoyable atmosphere as they eagerly marked their tickets and cheered for the winning combinations.

The programme was a delightful blend of music, dance, laughter, games and heartfelt appreciation, making the Teachers’ Day celebration a truly memorable occasion for everyone.
