SJA Students Recognized at Model United Nations Conference, Saint Joseph’s College, Prayagraj

Students of Saint John’s Academy delivered an outstanding performance at the Model United Nations (MUN) conference hosted by Saint Joseph’s College, Prayagraj, held on August 9-10, 2026. Delegates from the school competed across multiple committees and returned with an impressive haul of awards, reflecting their preparation, research, and diplomatic skill.

Prathamesh Verma led the school’s charge, winning the coveted Best Delegate award in the Midnight’s Divide committee. His performance was complemented by classmate Arnav Singh, who earned a Special Mention in the same committee.

Strong showings continued across other committees as well. Anvi Pandey received a High Commendation in the United Nations General Assembly, while Shivani Pandey earned the same distinction in ECOSOC. Yashasvi Devvanshi rounded out the High Commendation winners with a strong performance in the Joint Crisis Committee.

Several other delegates were recognized with Verbal Mentions for their contributions. Gaurang Srivastava was honoured in the Joint Crisis Committee, Soumya Singh in the United Nations Human Rights Commission, and both Aditi Singh and Kunwar Armaan Singh in the United Nations Security Council.
