PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO CLASS XI (SESSION 2026-27)

Registration for Provisional Admission to Class XI for the Academic Session 2026-27 is now open at Saint John’s Academy. Please note that this notice and the current registration process are intended for SJA’s internal studentsseeking transition to the Senior Secondary level.

Parents and students are requested to adhere to the following schedule and guidelines:

1. Registration Process

  • Availability: Registration forms are available in the School Office on all working days between 9:00 AM and 12:00 Noon.
  • Cost of Form: ₹500/- (to be paid at the time of collection).
  • Submission: Duly filled registration forms, complete in all respects, must be submitted in the School Office between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on working days.
  • Last Date for Submission: 18th March 2026.

2. Admission Criteria

Provisional admission for internal students will be granted strictly on the basis of the Class X Internal Merit List.

3. Streams & Subject Combinations

The following streams and subject groups are available for the Session 2026-27:

  • GROUP – A (MATHS STREAM): English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Hindi/ Computer Science/ Physical Education.
  • GROUP – B (BIOLOGY STREAM): English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Hindi/ Computer Science/ Physical Education.
  • GROUP – C (COMMERCE STREAM): English, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Hindi/ Applied Maths/ Computer Science/ Physical Education.
  • GROUP – D (HUMANITIES STREAM): English, Political Science, Economics, History/ Geography, Hindi/ Applied Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Physical Education.

4. Key Deadlines

  • Last Date for Provisional Admission: 30th March 2026.
  • Commencement of New Session: The New Session (2026-27) begins on 9th April 2026.
